Q32 series tumble belt shot blasting machine is a small shot blasting cleaning equipment, mainly by the room the shotblast cleaning, shot blasting machine assembly, hoisting machine, separator, shot blasting machine electrical system and other accessories.
The Feature Description
The tumble belt shot blasting machine is suitable for small and medium sized castings, forgings, stampings, the gear, spring and other parts of deoxidization, rust removal, remove scale and surface strengthening, are especially suitable for the cleaning of parts and reinforcement.

1. The cantilever centrifugal type shot blasting machine, has a long service life, simple structure.
2. With 75 m/s, 80 m/s, 85 m/s three mass ejection speed.
3. The pulley that adopts international advanced quick change on the structure, improve the production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
4. Using BE type separator, good separation effect and higher productivity, to improve the blade life have a positive effect.
5. Using the bag filter, dust emission concentration is lower than the national standard, improved labor conditions.
6. This model increases the manual pill brake, door of sand production of some special agencies.
