1. Granite roller conveyor shot blasting machine introduction
Q69 series granite roller conveyor shot blasting machine is special equipment designed and produced for individual customer. It is a machine for cleaning marble and granite surface. It strongly blasts the original condition surface to remove surface rust; welding slag and scale, making it show uniform color and improve coating quality and corrosion prevention effect.
2. Feature of the granite roller conveyor shot blasting machine
A. All blast wheels are tested without load and fully loaded in factory for 60 minutes.
B. Pneumatic control valve, which can avoid flying abrasive hurting people.
C. Long life protective liner in blast cabinet, which can serve at least 13000 hours. Material is SPMn13, 10mm thickness. And it is easy to replace when it is worn out.
D. Many safety interlock in whole system to keep safe operation.
E. PLC control system, can achieve automatic operation.
F. High efficiency cartridge dust collector, 99.5% remove dust
