Sandblasting Room
The shot blasting installations with a manual free jet, with an internal operator, more commonly called "sand blasting cabins" or "sand blasting rooms" are made of 4 sets which constitute very distinct functions. They are:
1) - the treatment room or work enclosure.
2) - the abrasive recovery and transport system.
3) - the abrasive recycling and treatment machinery.
4) - the set of ventilation and filtration of dusty air.

Functions
Sand blasting room is mainly used for surface cleaning and strengthening of steel, castings, aluminum alloy parts and other parts. Through the shot blasting can remove the complex work piece surface contamination, the oxide skin, welding slag, the waste paint and so on, causes the work piece surface to be bright and clean, simultaneously reduce the work piece internal stress, enables the work piece surface to obtain the strengthening, thus achieves enhances the work piece surface and the intrinsic quality goal.
Classification
1. Mechanical Conveyance Type
The mechanical conveyance type sand blasting room is also known as the flatcar reciprocating type dedicated blasting machine. It is composed of the blasting chamber, ejector, spiral conveyor, elevator, separator, sand control system, lighting system, dust removal system, flatcar, electric control system, and some others.
2. Gas Recovery Type
The gas recovery type sand blasting room mainly consists of the chamber, sandblasting system, abrasive recovery system, ventilation and dust removal system, abrasive sorting system, and electric control system.
Applications
The Sand Blasting Booth is ideal for the large scale structures, widely used in blasting of hulls, stoves, boilers and wind power parts, etc. Large structures can move insidethe Blast Room on work cars sliding on rails.
