Roller Conveyor Type Steel Pipe Shot Blasting Machine for Big Steel Pipes and Tubes
General Introduction
This kind of shot blasting machine is mainly used to clean the outer surface of steel pipes, middle and small size of steel vessels. The jobs will make rotation on the delivery rollers and walk forward at the same time. The working speed can be adjustable according to the requirements of surface quality.
The work pieces delivered by rollers into shot blasting chamber will accept hit and cut by steel shot accelerated by blasting turbines. After shot blasting, the rust and oxide coat will be cleaned off. Then the work pieces will be sent out of chamber.
Processing flow: load on in-feed ‘V’ roller conveyor → delivery-in→ shot blasting→ delivery-out→ unloading.
