Steel Structure Roller Conveyor Blast Cleaning Machine with Pulse Dust Collector
Brief introduction:
“Q69” series automatic blast cleaning machines are designed for continuous blasting of plates and profiles, and also welded constructions. Special attention has been paid to the positioning of turbines that provide the optimum efficiency and uniform cleaning of work pieces. Plates or profiles are loaded onto an input roller conveyor that transports work pieces through the tunnel part of the machine. On the outer brim of the tunnel’s shot blasting part, there are turbines that provide optimum cleaning of work pieces from the top and bottom side. Work pieces go on through the chamber for removing the shot blasting agent off the top surface, finally reaching the output roller conveyor.
Advantage:
Our roller conveyor blast cleaning machine achieves accurate, effective paint spraying. A workpiece width measuring device is installed at the inlet of the spray booth.
The PLC controls paint spraying operations of the spray gun according to the measured data.
In this way, the paint squeezed out of the nozzle can be effectively sprayed onto the workpiece surface, which helps improve paint utilization.

After-sale service:
1. Installation and commissioning issue
We will send 1-3 technicians to assist with machine installation and commissioning, customer pays for their tickets, hotel and diet, etc Customer need arrange 3-4 skilled worker and prepare insallation machinery and tools.
2. Warranty time
12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
3. Supply full English documents
Including foundation drawings, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book and maintenance book,etc.
